We are fast approaching the end of Tax Season. We do not have any more appointments until after April 15th. However, both new and returning clients can still drop off and we will try to get your return done before April 15th. If we are not able to get it done by the 15th, we will get an extension for you.
Returning Clients:
Returning clients can just drop off your tax documents anytime during normal office hours. You do NOT need an appointment. We have a returning client form for you to fill out when you drop off or you can download it now and bring it when you come.
New Clients:
New clients can likewise fill out a New Client Drop off form and drop off their 2024 tax documents. You can download it now, but be sure to scroll down and select the New Client Drop off form. Also, please include a copy of last year’s tax return when you drop off your 2024 tax info.
Extensions:
If you are a new (or returning) client and want an extension, please call our office at 254-432-5724 for instructions on what we need to get an extension for you.

Hours:
Our tax season hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. On Saturdays we are open from 9am to 12pm for drop-off and pick-up only (tax season only).

We are located conveniently just off of I-14 (190) and the Indian Trail exit in Harker Heights. We serve residents of Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Belton, Nolanville, and surrounding areas (as well as people around the nation and the world).

We strive for the same level of professionalism that one would get from mid-sized CPA firms with prices more comparable and often lower than tax franchises. We also try to maintain a quick turnaround especially for more simple tax returns. Note: A quick turnaround is not always possible with more complex returns.
